"Take Me Down"- The Pretty Reckless-This week The Pretty Reckless takes the spot with their new single "Take Me Down". I became a big fan of these guys last year, and started collecting their music. Who knew Cindy Lou Who(Taylor Momsen) from the Grinch was going to grow up to be in a bad-ass rock band. This song is a little softer than a lot of their music, but they make it work. The new album "Who You Selling For" will be released on October 21st, 2016. I for one have it on my wishlist. There aren't to many hard rock bands with female lead singers, but these guys definitely are one of them and have some amazing music as a result.
Recommended Movie Of The Week
"The Collector"(2009)- The movie this week is an underrated horror film in my opinion known as "The Collector". It starts off with a thief working for a rich family, who he intends to rob that night. But things don't go as planned when the sadistic man known as the Collector gets into the house before he can escape and sets all of his insane traps. The thief gets trapped inside as well as the family, getting picked off one by one. I won't lie and say it isn't an extremely far fetched movie, but how many movies aren't? It' s nice little horror flick of the 21st century, the sequel "The Collection" is equally great as well.
